For this project, our sandwich panelsconsist of a OSB3 Oriented Particle Boardin your face seen from11mm, aextruded polystyrene coreof80mm and awater-repellent chipboardof19mmon its upper face. Besides, THERMOCHIP® TOH offers greatermechanical resistance thanks to thespecial guidanceof the particles ofOSB3.

A MODERNIST STYLE BUILDING

Thishistoric buildingofmodernist style, designed bymunicipal architect Tomás Rico, opened its doors in1907.

The works ofrehabilitationhave solvedconstruction defectsthat brought the building one step away from ruin. The building wasunstable since its construction.
