As manufacturers of multilayer panels, at Thermochip we have developed a construction system specifically designed to overcome the challenges that extreme heat imposes on construction. Our solution not only optimizes project performance and efficiency, but also redefines standards for safety, quality and durability, overcoming the limitations inherent in traditional construction methods.
1. Priority: Work Safety in Extreme Conditions
Extreme heat is no minor inconvenience; It is a documented risk that directly impacts the safety of personnel on site. Traditional construction, with its reliance on manual, lengthy processes in the sun, exposes workers to risks such as heat stress, dehydration and fatigue, significantly increasing the likelihood of accidents.
With Thermochip, this paradigm changes. The manufacturing of our multilayer panels is carried out in aclimate controlled factory environment. This allows us to concentrate most of the intensive work in a safe space, protecting the workforce from high temperatures. On the job site, the process is reduced to adry assembly, fast and efficient. This minimization of sun exposure time not only improves the well-being of workers, but also reduces the risk of accidents related to heat stress in a20-40%, a crucial factor for any project that prioritizes safety and responsibility.
2. Quality Guarantee: Immunity to Heat Pathologies
Extreme heat is a silent enemy of construction quality. High temperatures directly affect the composition and performance of materials:
In Thermochip, these risks are non-existent. The production of our panels is carried out in atemperature and humidity controlled environment. This ensures that each coat is applied and cured under ideal conditions to achieve its maximum strength and durability. The result is a product with acertified and homogeneous quality, free of the pathologies inherent to on-site construction processes, which translates into a longer useful life of the building and lower maintenance costs.
3. Efficiency and Optimization of Execution Times
Traditional construction is an inherently slow process and subject to delays. The time needed to form, pour and cure concrete can last for days, plus mandatory stops during the hottest hours.
Our multilayer panel system breaks with this scheme. Dry assembly allows the envelope of a building to be erected in a matter ofdays, not months. This efficiency not only accelerates project delivery by up to70%, but also minimizes the exposure of materials and personnel to adverse weather conditions, allowing for more predictable and optimized management of the construction schedule and financial resources.
4. Sustainability and Energy Efficiency
Beyond heat resistance in the construction phase, Thermochip panels offer fundamental added value in the life cycle of the building. Our design integrates ahigh performance thermal insulation, optimizing the envelope to drastically improve energy efficiency. This feature reduces the demand for air conditioning and contributes to the sustainability of the project, an increasingly relevant factor in modern architecture. Manufacturing in a controlled environment also minimizes material waste, reducing waste generated on site and consolidating our commitment to a more sustainable future.
