STEP BY STEP INSTALLATION OF THE SINDWICH PANELS

The two wooden boards attached to the rigid extruded polystyrene foam core of theTHERMOCHIP® sandwich panelsThey allow you to achieve a complete cover. They will not only provide insulation to the home but will also constitute the structure that has a different finish on the inside. In such a way that we will have alight coversaving thanks to the energy and economic efficiency they generate. With a structure of 2.40 m. long and 56 cm. wide, they are easy to handle and install. The process includes the following phases:

1. Place the sandwich panelsleaving a flight of about 10 cm. We will place them in rows and fix them with screws. The panels can be cut to fit each space.
2. Insert tab between panelsto join them together. Also available is the continuous tongue-and-groove insulation system in which the four faces of the panel are assembled.
3. To finish insulating the cover, once the installation is complete,we seal the joints between panelswith silicone so that the tightness is total.
