THERMOCHIP®covers the modern facilities of the newHacienda Albae Winery, premiered in 2005, in the town of Argamasilla de Alba (Ciudad Real). Thewood sandwich panelsThey harmonize with the decoration of this ambitious project that combines the quality of its vineyards with the latest technology. 

THERMOCHIP®It is made up of a water-repellent chipboard on the inside, an insulating core of extruded polystyrene foam and an exterior panel of wood chip conglomerate. Thanks to the choice of this type of panel, certain qualities ofsound absorptionandfire resistance class B.

Located on a traditional estate in La Mancha, the Tempranilla grapes harvested by the winery ferment underTHERMOCHIP® coversthat provide an excellent level ofthermal insulationandenergy efficiency. The tabless assembly method of the panels provides more stable and homogeneous ceilings, without thermal bridges and with acontinuous insulationon the deck.

A LIGHTWEIGHT WOODEN STRUCTURE

Thesandwich panelsThey save time and costs thanks to the fact that they have structure and insulation in a single piece, making their installation easier. The winery complements the use of THERMOCHIP® withwooden trusses and beams. In fact, the use of sandwich panels makes it possible to use light iron or wood structures, avoiding overloading the roof. Finally,THERMOCHIP®guarantees thecertificationtechnique of this work thanks to the quality of the sandwich panels.
