Today the aid to thebuilding rehabilitationand urban regeneration and renewal, a provision of418 million eurosincluded in theState Plan 2013-2016, as published byBOE. The Ministry of Development announces on its website that it will finance up to 35% of the cost of the action – between 11,000 and 30,000 € depending on the type of housing -, aimed at buildings built before 1981 (about 1.2 million homes).
The need to improve theenergy efficiencyof buildings is essential to make them more comfortable. By increasing yourthermal insulation, you can increase theenergy saving.
To manage this type of aid, interested parties will have to request it in the corresponding Autonomous Communities. The works for which these subsidies can be requested are those that affect conservation,energy efficiencyand accessibility in buildings with the70% of homes as habitual residenceprior to 1981. The limit that can be financed is11,000 € for each hometo rehabilitate and even30,000 € per homebuilt to replace another demolished one.
In addition to being buildings of a collective residential nature,built before 1981, 70% of the surface will be destined for residential use and will constitute the habitual residence of the beneficiaries. You will also have to present theagreement of the Community of Ownersto carry out said work, theevaluation reportof buildings andprojectof the action to be carried out.
