Technical conferences on Almost Zero Consumption Buildings (ECCN): design and execution

During the months of November and December, Thermochip will organize, together with companiesZehnder andStacbond, eight technical conferences onthe design and execution of Almost Zero Consumption Buildings (ECCN). In a multi-company format lasting approximately three hours, the speakers will respectively present different prefabricated panel solutions for the envelope, the benefits of their comfort ventilation systems and the characteristics of the composite panel in ventilated facades.

Program and contents

With the title ofThermochip Housing: industrialized envelopeDiego Rodríguez, technical director of the company, will be the speaker in charge of explaining the concept of the solution (configurations and assembly), its characteristics with respect to the Technical Building Code (energy savings, health, safety in case of fire, protection against noise and structural safety) and its advantages (sustainability, certainty, passivhaus, certificates and BIM).

Next,Zehnderwill present the benefits of ventilation (health, comfort and energy savings), the installation structure and its technical considerations, whileStacbondFinally, it will detail the operation and advantages of the composite panel in a ventilated façade (characteristics, finishes, transformations and mounting systems).
