Rebuild 2024: industrialisation as the solution.

On Thursday, March 21, the largest industrialized construction event in Spain, Rebuild 2024, closed its doors.This event welcomed a total of 25,597 professionals from the building sectorwith the aim of promoting and making known first-hand the developments that have emerged in the last year.

This year from Thermochip we have proposeda standopen spacewhich has functioned as a meeting point between experts on industrialisationand the visitors who came to this great summit, being able to enjoy all the news.

The first day began with our technical director, Diego Rodríguez, participating in two presentations, the firstTHERMOCHIP | Components for industrialized constructionin which he discussed the novelties presented at the fair and also participated in the talk as moderatorBig BIM / Little BIMalong with speakers Javier Cifuentes Ortiz from Globalbitz, Sara Moreno Sánchez from Luis Vidal Arquitectos and Jordi Gatell Leiva from Gatell Ingenieros.

In addition, we also had the authorities parade in which our director of Thermochip Housing, Joaquín Vázquez, explained the Thermochip Housing system. Among these authorities were: David Lucas Secretary of State for Housing and Urban Agenda, Jorge Rodrigo Domínguez Councilor for Housing, Transport and Infrastructure of the Community of Madrid, Juan Carlos Suárez-Quiñones, Councilor for Environment and Territorial Planning of the Government of Castilla y León and María Inmaculada Sanz Otero Vice Mayor of the City Council of Madrid.

On the second day of the fair, our prescription manager, Patricia Sánchez, participated in the talkThe values ​​of building housing in an industrialized way and the difficulties of starting it uptogether with Miguel Pires from Casais, Laura Bueno Mir from Fran Silvestre Arquitectos, Luis Basagoiti Robles from Millenium and Adría Used Vivas from atBIM. During the conference, cost efficiency, speed of construction, quality control, sustainability and energy efficiency, design, flexibility and waste reduction were discussed as key elements of industrialized construction.

In the evening we had the pleasure of presenting the industrialized construction award to theAdvanced Architecture Awards 2024 & Gala DinnertoNasuvinsafor hisNavarra Social Housing plan project. This project contemplates the promotion of 1,116 Officially Protected Housing (VPO) throughout Navarra until 2027, using high energy efficiency standards and an innovative construction model that includes pioneering projects in industrialisation and sustainability, with the use of wood and renewable energy sources.

The third and last day of Rebuild 2024 ended with the presentations of our director of Thermochip Housing, Joaquín Vázquez,who participated in the talkInnovating in energy control. Empowermenttogether with Antonio Moreno from Jung Iberica, Álvaro Ruiz Pardo from UCA (Baublock) and Juan Manuel Rojas Fernández from Hombre de Piedra Arquitectos. During the talk, the creation of a comprehensive methodology that addresses the entire itinerary necessary to carry out a reduction in CO2 emissions through energy, technological and sustainable rehabilitation and thus an improvement in comfort was discussed.

To end the day, Joaquín Vázquez was at the TV Studio Rebuild reviewing the latest trends in the sector, and commenting on the innovations that we have brought to this edition.

Besides,Our training manager, Antonio Domínguez, attended to more than 200 studentsfrom different vocational training centers to whom he explained the Thermochip Housing system.

Our presence at the National Congress of Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0 has strengthened our brand, further consolidating us as leaders in the transformation of the sector.

More than 1,600 people have visited our stand and received information about our system THERMOCHIP. In addition, we have initiated new collaborations and established links that will promote the development of future projects in an environment of cooperation.
