Four-sided tongue and groove jointing in sandwich panels represents a significant advance in the construction sector. InThermochip we have developed an exclusive joining method that significantly improves the performance of the panels, these are tongue and groove joints on the four sides of the panel.

1. Greater energy efficiency: Minimize thermal bridges and greater tightness.
A precise tongue-and-groove panel connection creates a continuous barrier that minimizes air and water leaks.. This improves the energy efficiency of the system in addition to minimizing thermal bridges.. The reduction of air and humidity leaks ensures that the construction solutions that make up the thermal envelope are of higher quality and have greater durability, offering continuous and more efficient insulation over time. You get onehigher technical quality.
2. Faster and more precise installation.
The tongue and groove designfacilitates a much simpler and more precise installation, making incorrect installations impossible and guaranteeing greater flatness of the final enclosure. Assembly time is considerably reduced. Furthermore, the perfect alignment between the panels minimizes the margin of error in subsequent finishing layers. You get ahigher installation performance.
3. Greater construction stability
The tongue-and-groove joint between the panels increases the rigidity of the assembly, providing greater stability. This improves its behavior under wind, snow or impact loads, and reinforces the resistance of the system. In this way, it is ensured that the enclosures can withstand greater demands without compromising their integrity. You get onegreater resistance to atmospheric agents.
4. Aesthetic improvement.
The tongue and groove system, in the decorative finish layers, hides the joints, leaving a clean and continuous finish. This is especially beneficial in projects where aesthetics is a key factor, since the panels fit together homogeneously, without gaps or visible unevenness that could affect the final perception of the design. You get onehigher visual quality
In summary, the tongue and groove joint implies an increase in:
All this means that, in any construction project, the solution with Thermochip panels:

In conclusion,ThermochIp is the perfect solution for insulationof maximum guarantees.
The tongue and groove joints on all four sides guarantee a homogeneous temperature throughout the enclosure, eliminating thermal bridges and guaranteeing total airtightness, ensuring optimal and efficient performance.
Besides, avoids problems since alternatives without tongue and groove do not offer the same continuity in the joint between panels, which may imply loss of airtightness and temperature variations. This increases the risk of condensation and pathologies in the enclosures.
