Theaidsto the improvement of theenergy efficiencyof thethermal envelope of theIDAE (Institute for Energy Diversification and Saving),which we have talked about in ourprevious post, are available in two modalities:monetary delivery without compensation, that is, it does not have to be returned (30% of eligible cost) andrepayable loan (60% of eligible cost). You can combine both or opt for one or the other.
In the event that we choose themonetary delivery without compensation, the amount of the subsidy may be30% of the costof the performance. Inresidential buildingsThe amount will have a maximum limit of3,000€/home. So, for example, if we ask for this help for therehabilitation of a roofof a residential building with a cost of8,000 euros, the maximum help we can qualify for is2.400 €that we will not have to return to the Administration.
CONDITIONS OF THE REFUNDABLE LOAN
In the mode ofrepayable loan, its amount may reach up to 60% of the budgetof the work. Inresidential buildingsThe amount will have a maximum limit of6,000 €/home. Herate of interestto whom the aid will have to be returned will be theEuribor + 0.0%,with amaximum loan repayment period of 12 years(including an optional 1 year waiting period). For example, if we ask for this help to rehabilitate the same roof of a residential building with a cost of 8.000 €, the maximum loan that can be granted to us is 4,800 €, which would generate, taking as a reference the current Euribor (0.5%), an interest of 24 € per year.
It will be necessary to presentan endorsement or surety insurance contractfor the amount of20% of the loan amount. It is also mandatory to formalize apublic writingwhose expenses will be borne by theloan beneficiary. To qualify for this loan you cannot owe money toIDAE nor be in bankruptcy.
