The Government sets minimum rates for the Certificate of Efficiency only for SEGIPSA

Heenergy efficiency certificatesince this week it has someminimum ratesthat the Government has just approved and that affect the energy certification work for real estate that is carried outSEGIPSA (State Real Estate Asset Management Society), the technical service of the Administration.

HeTreasuryThus, it sets rates for this entity that do not include fees or visas or registration with the competent body of the community. They are establishedthree types of rates: Rate 1 for energy certification work for homes without appraisal; Rate 2 for energy certification of real estate with appraisal and Rate 3 for audit and energy certification of real estate: 

These rates contrast with those offered from theprivate enterprise, in which the Government has not come to regulate.
