Promotion allocates new aid for energy rehabilitation in residential buildings

HeState Plan to promote housing rentals, building rehabilitation, and urban regeneration and renewal (2013-2016)that has just been announced by the Ministry of Public Works includes newaidsto improve theenergy efficiencyinresidential buildings. The funds destined to rehabilitate buildings with sustainability criteria are aimed at propertiesbuilt before 1981and the subsidies will be up to2,000 eurosper home.

REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS AID

-Housing buildings completed before 1981.

GRANT CONDITIONS-The building must have the ‘Evaluation Report‘. -Agreement of the Community of Owners.

-The improvement must affect a minimum of8 homes, except when conservation works are carried out at the same time or where people with disabilities or people over 65 years of age live there.
