THERMOCHIP reference for collaborative work in Rebuild 2023

On March 28, 29 and 30, Rebuild 2023 was held at Ifema-Madrid,the great event that brings together the greatest experts in industrialized constructionand as it could not be otherwise, THERMOCHIP was part of this event as a Global Partner, in which we exhibited a collaborative stand in which all our collaborators and visitors had the opportunity to learn about the different proposals that our space offered them.

This year, we have proposed a space for participation in which all prescribers, promoters, builders and other agents in the sector would coincide to discuss the main topics that concern current industrial construction and learn first-hand about the new developments that we have presented in 2023.

Likewise, in this edition of Rebuild we have had a cast of partners at our stand, from house partners such as Cupa Pizarras and Cupa Stone, to partners from the industrialized construction sector such as Sika, AK Modular or Zero Housing and with the special presence of our premium partner Ecoresystem.

The stand design consisted of two ranges of totem poles, one with a light wooden frame structure, which had our Thermochip Classic proposal on the sloping roof, in whichWe were presenting one of our new products and that is, together with SIKA, we have presentedthe joint certification in progress THERMOCHIP + COTETERM M-FLEX coating of SIKA prepared by ITeC, in addition to the Cupa Stone finish; On the other hand, the steel totem had the Cupa Pizarras finish and represented the modular section with all our Housing solutions.

Also, we have brought other novelties, such as our cube-shaped prototypes that symbolize the versatility and adaptability of THERMOCHIP Housing for both roofs, facades and floors, in addition to a wide variety of catalogs of all our panels, such as our range of inclined roofs or the new THERMOCHIP Housing prescription guide for all those people interested in the different solutions.

On Tuesday the 28th, the Rebuild day began and with it our first presentation at the AEDAS Homes Auditorium by our technical director Diego Rodriguez, about “Rehabilitation, Efficiency and Resilience: strategies, products and applications for the SDGs and ESG”;together with Yolanda Villaseñor Sebastián, director of Product Certification at AENOR; Santiago Vallejo Izquierdo, president at Pinturas Isaval and Jordi Soler Fornt, general director at Industrias Ramón Soler.

During the morning our head of THERMOCHIP Housing, Joaquín Vázquez made his intervention for the media in an interview with Radio Intereconomía in which he highlighted how THERMOCHIP adapts to the paradigm shift in the sector.

On the second day of the fair, Joaquín Vázquez was present at several events, during the morning he participated in the industrialisation Challenge, in which he presented the qualities of the THERMOCHIP system in front of promoters and builders, and in the afternoon he participated in thetalk “Duets Architect+Manufacturer/Manufacturer+Installer. Digitization and collaborative work”together with Miguel Ángel Santos Callejo, director of the Residential and Architectural business at Precon-Cementos Molins; Manuel Marrama Esteve, CEO at Stalart and Jordi Fernández Río, Founding Partner at On-a.

On the third and last day, we had the interview with TV Studio in which our head of Thermochip Housing, Joaquín Vázquez, was addressing topics about the fair and the news that we presented at it; and at the end of the day, we had the presentation on “The Thermochip” systemat Cementos Molins Theater.

Our participation in the National Congress of Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0 has reinforced our brand, positioning us even more as one of the leaders in the paradigm shift of the sector.

More than 1,500 people have passed through our stand and been assisted directly., to whom we have exposed the THERMOCHIP system. Likewise, we have also established future collaborations and new ties that will serve to develop new projects in collaborative environments.
