THERMOCHIP as a reference in Rebuild 2022

Last April, Rebuild 2022, the major building technology event, was held; and once again from THERMOCHIP, we presented our proposal regarding innovation, digitalization, industrialisation and Sustainability.

The first day began on April 28, at our stand you could see 5 totems where in three of them you could see the implementation of our envelope system in different modern construction methods of building execution such as LSF (Light Steel Framing), ELM (Light Wood Framing) and MODULAR 3D.

In another of the totems we present the possibilities and proposals for 2D INDUSTRIALIZED FAÇADES to execute new construction buildings and also rehabilitation actions on existing buildings.

Finally, located in the central axis of the stand, we present the industrialized roof module developed in collaboration with VELUX.

At 11:00 a.m. Our General Director Luis Fernández gave a presentation on “Digital platforms for advanced construction and logistics”, in which he explained what the THERMOCHIP formula of advanced construction, i+d+i=S, is.

Later, around 12:00 p.m. In front of the stand of THERMOCHIP, the meeting took place between the institutional authorities of Rebuild, among whom were Paloma Martín, Minister of Environment, Housing and Agriculture of the Community of Madrid; Héctor Illueca, Vice President of the Generalitat Valenciana; David Lucas, Secretary General of Urban Agenda and Housing; Miguel Antonio Pérez, President Nebext; Albert Planas, General Director Nebext; David Martínez, President REBUILD and CEO of AEDAS Homes and Gema Traveria, Event Manager REBUILD; During this intervention Luis Fernández explained the characteristics of the THERMOCHIP system.

On Wednesday, April 27, we began the second day of Rebuild, with our colleague Joaquín Vázquez, Project Manager of THERMOCHIP, as moderator in the presentation “Collaboration as a transformative axis towards an industrial model” in which Guillermo Jiménez, General Director of ACR participated; José Aurelio Camarillas, Head of Prescription at Technal; Alberto Bayona, General Director of Nasuvinsa and Jorge Fernández-Renau, General Director of Construction at Kronos.

Next, we attended the industrialisation Challenge, where Joaquín presented the different solutions that THERMOCHIP offers in terms of industrialized construction, deciphering the new paradigm of transformation towards which the sector is heading.

Finally, the day concluded with the gala dinner and awards ceremony held at the Rosewood Villa Magna Hotel, in which we presented the THERMOCHIP award to theConstruction industrialisationwhich Aykos Healthcare won.

The third and last day closed with interviews by Joaquín Vázquez for Radio Intereconomía and Luis Fernández in the Rebuild studios, evaluating the magnitude that this fair has meant for the sector and for THERMOCHIP.

Finally, we would like to thank the visitors, partners, OffSite Construction Hub and organisation for participating with us in what has been the largest event of the year in terms of industrialized, digital and sustainable construction; enhanced by the technical presentations that have been carried out during the event and dealing with topics of such relevance in the transformation of our sector.

Our participation in the National Congress of Advanced Architecture and Construction 4.0 has reinforced our brand, positioning us even more as one of the leaders in the paradigm shift of the sector. We have served more than 1,200 visitors directly, to whom we have exposed the THERMOCHIP system. Likewise, the future collaborations and new ties that we have established in this last edition will serve to develop new projects in collaborative environments.
